Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. She has released over 20 albums. DiFranco describes her music as folk-rock and alternative, but it also includes influences like punk, hip-hop, and jazz. Ani Difranco is widely acknowledged as a pioneer of music that is feminist. In 1990, she was among the first artists to create her own independent record label. DiFranco has two daughters: Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They met in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother is from Montreal and her father has Italian descent. Ani DiFranco wrote and sang 32 Flavors. The track was released on her 5th studio album Not a Pretty Girl which came out in 1995. The song's version can be heard in the film Canadian romantic film Better Than Chocolate. DiFranco made an apology public in 2013, after it was revealed that she had set up a three-day workshop in a Louisiana plantation. The workshop was cancelled, but the majority of people (including this piece) did not show any remorse. DiFranco issued a further apology several days after. Little Folksinger is an artist who has collaborated with musicians ranging from Pete Seeger, Chuck D and Prince. She lives in New Orleans. Ani diFranco, and Kristen Ford are together. At 14, she began writing her own songs. They continued to be performed in bar and cafes in her teens. DiFranco was a graduate aged 16 at the age of 16, from Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts High School, began to study at Buffalo State College. Her new baritone is created by custom Alvarez guitar, designed by Chrys Johnston, who at the time was an Alvarez Artist Rep. The System 600 preamp is on the instrument, as well as it has a mahogany top and back that has an ebony fretboard. The home she lives in is New Orleans. There she lives with husband, children and her long-legged pet Lefty. DiFranco admits that she has mixed feelings about her previous career which spans three years. Ani DiFranco was a pop/punk singer and songwriter when she was 25 when her album Not A Pretty Girl hit the charts. Dilate, released in 1996, got even more popularity amongst people who love. The song Brandy (You're a Fine Girl) is a 1972 song from the American pop group Looking Glass from their debut album Looking Glass. Elliot Lurie wrote the song.
