Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as one of sport's best athletes. Biles was the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to achieve four golds in one Games at the 2016 Olympics. Biles is also the first person to win three consecutive world championships. Biles lived within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area after she and her younger sister Adria were adopted by their grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to be interested in gymnastics when she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman brought her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went to an outing. Biles had a great time in the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in 2011. Within two years she had dominated this event. Biles made headlines for her constant performance her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of effort she introduced throughout each competition--vault, uneven bars the balance beam, and the ground exercise.
